Fulham striker Andy Johnson is set to be sidelined for up to 8 weeks with a dislocated shoulder. Johnson scored the opener in Fulham's Europa League victory over Amkar Perm on Wednesday although midway through the 2nd half was body-checked by Dmitry Belorukov.
